Department: AIMS/Implementation.

Summary:

Responsible of all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. 

Duties & Responsabilities:

  1. Selling AIMS' software solutions and services to our current customers and our prospects.
  2. Telemarketing in order to generate sales prospects.
  3. Qualification meetings in order to identify and qualify the prospects.
  4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  5. Technical presentation for AIMS' software solutions.
  6. Commercial negotiation.
  7. Closing sales.
  8. Establish and maintain current client relationship (After sales follow up).
  9. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  10. Prepare a variety of sales reports: Telemarketing report, Lead Qualification report, Sales status report.
  11. Informing Business Development Manager & Sales Manager of customer's trends and needs.
  12. Updating the company's database of competitors.
  13. Reporting to GM and Sales Manager: Timesheet, Data entry on Socrate, Weekly meetings, etc.
  14. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

  1. A University diploma in Business Computer (IT and business skills).
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  4. Knowledge of sales techniques.
  5. Experience in Sales is a plus.
  6. English, French and Arabic must be spoken and written fluently.
  7. Work requires having a car.
  8. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
